The leuK Mark is stewarded — not controlled. Its governance is designed to protect the integrity of its message, while enabling wide and responsible use.
Governance at leuK is not top-down. It is principle-led. Every decision, guideline, and license flows from one source: l .: e .: u = K.
Who Oversees the leuK Mark?
The leuK identity is stewarded by three connected foundations. Each plays a distinct role in the protection, distribution, and practical application of the leuK formula and visual system.
1. leuK Intellectual Property Foundation
This foundation holds sole ownership and functions as the secure vault of all intellectual property related to leuK. It is the legal proprietor of the leuK Mark, its formula, visual identity, and symbolic elements — including the original amplifier symbol .:, the core formula l .: e .: u = K, and the distinctive custom K icon.
Its sole purpose is to preserve the authenticity and origin of leuK by holding its essence, purpose, and design in trust.
2. leuK Licensing Foundation
This foundation manages the licensing process. It is responsible for:
- Granting licenses for commercial use
- Reviewing applications for alignment with leuK’s ethical code
- Monitoring usage to ensure consistency and symbolic respect
- Maintaining the balance between openness and protection
Licensing ensures that the leuK Mark is used freely where it brings value — and responsibly where it generates revenue or wide influence.
3. leuKmakers Foundation
In addition to its custodianship of leuK’s intellectual property, the foundation also manages leuK.design and all related content — including the brand book, visual language, narrative architecture, and core communications.
Its responsibility is to safeguard the visual, conceptual, and symbolic coherence of leuK across all touchpoints. By doing so, it ensures that every expression of leuK remains aligned with its original purpose and universal intent.
The foundation plays a vital role in facilitating the cultural transition toward a world where leuK becomes the norm — not by enforcing it, but by embodying it.
It does not issue licenses or commercial rights — that is the role of leuK Licensing. Rather, it protects the source code of coherence and nurtures the ecosystem of integrity around it.
How Decisions Are Made
Every request or license application is reviewed based on a simple set of questions:
- Is the use logically constructed?
- Is the use ethically sound?
- Is the use universal in its intent and impact?
- Does it lead to walking the Karmic Path of The Golden Rule?
If the answer is yes, the path is open. If there is doubt, we enter into dialogue.
